Nets
The purpose of a Net is to let more operators contact each other in a shorter time. On a net you listen to net control and follow its instructions.
Time: UTC
Amateurs use UTC, Coordinated Universal Time. Because contacts cross time zones, everyone logs the same clock.
Kenya local time is UTC plus 3 hours. The PDF calls this a relationship of +3.
The station log
The Station log is the required record of a radio amateur's radio activities. Contacts with other amateur stations must be written in it.
